Lise Wortley is an adventurer, presenter, writer, and founder of Woman with Altitude, a project celebrating overlooked female explorers. Having found healing and purpose through adventure, she has dedicated her career to bringing pioneering women’s stories back into the spotlight. Lise starred in Channel 4’s Alone, surviving 34 days in the Canadian wilderness earning runner-up in this ultimate survival test in one of the most beautiful but challenging landscapes on earth. Inspired by both that experience and the women who came before her, she shares lessons on resilience, showing that courage is not about being fearless, but about continuing to move forward despite fear, setbacks and challenges.
